My Education and Training

  • Hi, I’m Kendra, founder of Sacred Flow Bodywork. I will be a licensed massage therapist soon. I will be graduating May 19, 2026. I am passionate about helping people feel better. I currently enrolled at National Holistic Institute in Sn Jose, where I completing the 800-hour Core Massage Therapy Program with hands-on training in both Eastern and Western massage modalities, advanced anatomy, physiology, and client-focused clinical experience.

  • My approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs- whether you are seeking pain relief, stress reduction, improved mobility, or deep relaxation. I combine skill, intuition, and knowledge to create sessions that restore balance and promote well-being.

  • I have studied some Traditional Chinese Medicine-based techniques, including:

    • Shiatsu

    • Acupressure

    • Reflexology

    • energy work

    • Thai Massage

  • My Western training includes some of the follow:

  • I use observation skills targeted techniques to create sessions that meet your specific needs, including:

    • Some Myofascial Techniques

    • Some Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretches

    • Postural & range-of-motions assessment

  • During my training, I completed 160 hours of supervised clinical practice, both on-campus and off site externship locations. I gained experience working with a variety of clients and conditions, documenting each session professional using S.O.A.P. notes.
